All online orders generally take 1 to 3 working days to process *(working days do not include Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays)*.

Is the order successful?
The system will email you a "Order Confirmation" once the order has been placed to verify the order's specifics, including delivery information.

How to track order progress?
You can click on the tracking number we sent you or go to "My Account > Order History" to see the status of the orders' shipment.
